Personal trading.
Commercial use by agreement.
Use Trenova for your own trading. Contact VantEdge Legacy for permission and pricing before using it to provide services to others.
Personal use
The personal license permits the named user to use the Trenova features included in their plan for their own trading decisions and records.
Manual trading and compatible automation for the user’s own accounts are permitted, subject to the plan and the platform, broker, and execution-service rules.
Commercial use & pricing
For commercial use and pricing, contact VantEdge Legacy.
Tell us how you plan to use Trenova, who will receive access or signals, and the expected number of users or accounts. Commercial permission and pricing require a separate written agreement; sending an inquiry does not grant permission.

Trenova Personal Trading License
Effective date: October 17, 2026. Version 1.0.
1. Scope of access
Subject to these terms, VantEdge Legacy LLC (“VantEdge Legacy”) grants the named user one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Trenova strategy, alerts, documentation, and related service features included in their plan (and any other VantEdge Legacy product named in that plan) for personal trading. Script access is tied to the TradingView account you provide. This is a license to use the service, not a sale or transfer of source code or ownership. One license covers one named user.
2. Personal trading and automation
“Personal trading” means analyzing markets and placing or managing trades for yourself, in accounts you own or control, including:
- accounts in your own name, and accounts held by a business entity that you wholly own and that you alone operate;
- funded or evaluation accounts assigned to you individually by a prop firm, subject to that firm’s rules;
- copying your own trades across your own accounts, and using a compatible automation service that you configure.
You remain responsible for execution, security, risk management, and compliance with third-party rules. This license does not authorize trading for clients, managing other people’s accounts, or supplying signals or copy-trading to other people.
3. Separate commercial permission required
Without prior written permission from VantEdge Legacy, you may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, share, or bundle Trenova access for another person.
- Relay, scrape, republish, or redistribute Trenova alerts or trade-log feeds as an ongoing service, whether paid or free, or post them live or on a continuing basis.
- Use Trenova to operate a signal room, managed-account service, client trading service, or copy-trading service for others.
- Rebrand or sell copies of Trenova software, protected materials, or service access, or present them as your own product.
- Share account credentials or bypass access controls to give another person unauthorized access.
Occasional screenshots or recaps of your own results for education or commentary are fine if you credit Trenova and do not give others access to live or continuing alerts. Any commercial agreement must separately specify the permitted use, users, delivery method, duration, and pricing. Existing personal subscriptions do not include commercial rights.
4. Free alerts and the public trade log
Trenova alerts are currently free. We may end or change free alerts, and will give at least 14 days’ notice on our official channels before alerts become paid or end. The MNQ trade log remains free. Free or public access is not permission to resell service access or redistribute a continuing alert or log feed. You may share links to the official public pages.
5. Intellectual property and confidential materials
VantEdge Legacy LLC and its licensors retain all rights in original code, documentation, branding, and other protected materials. Do not remove ownership notices. Do not disclose source code or nonpublic materials supplied to you in confidence, or attempt to bypass technical protections, except where applicable law permits. Public market facts and general trading ideas are not claimed.
Plan billing and cancellation
Monthly plans are billed $99.99 each month. Annual plans are billed $899.99 upfront each year, not in monthly installments. Both renew automatically through Whop until canceled. Cancel in your Whop account before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not itself refund the current paid period; access continues for that period, subject to the license terms.
Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice for new purchases. Existing purchases retain their agreed access period and terms. Any change to an existing subscription’s renewal price is subject to its agreed terms and any required notice. The price and billing period shown at Whop checkout apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes and third-party services are separate. Refund restrictions do not override rights required by applicable law.
6. Existing customers
These terms apply to purchases and new access from the effective date. Existing customers keep their current prices, billing, cancellation arrangements, and promised access periods. For existing customers, these terms take effect when they renew, accept them at login or onboarding, or after we give notice of at least 30 days, whichever comes first, and do not reduce access they have already paid for. Nothing here limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
7. Term, misuse, and enforcement
Your license lasts for the access period agreed at purchase, including while your subscription plan is active. If we substantiate unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution, we may ask you to stop and, if it continues, suspend or end affected access. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue first; we may suspend immediately for serious or repeated violations. Refunds, if any, follow your plan terms and applicable law. Because misuse can cause harm that money alone cannot fix, VantEdge Legacy may seek court orders to stop it.
8. Risk, no warranty, and limits on liability
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. No license guarantees profits or performance, and past or simulated results do not predict future results. Trenova, its alerts, and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, VantEdge Legacy is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the 12 months before the claim. This license does not provide brokerage, investment-management, or client-account authorization, or personalized advice. Third-party platform, broker, and automation-service terms continue to apply.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms for future access by posting the new version with a new effective date; changes do not reduce access you have already paid for during the period you paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
